  • 1 banana
  • 250gms live creamy yogurt or kefir
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50mls water


  • Blitz in your blender until smooth and enjoy right away
  • The live yogurt or Kefir gives this smoothie your probiotic shot
  • The Banana and oats provide your prebiotic fibre important for your gut microbiome to flourish
