- 1 kg baby potatoes
- 2 tsp Cumin powder
- 2 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- Salt & chilli powder to taste
- Wash the potatoes and whilst a little wet and toss with all the other ingredients
- Pop into an oven proof dish and roast for about 30 -45 minutes until cooked and the skin is a little crispy.
- Serve individually as canapes or as a delicious spicy side to any dish!
