Ingredients

  • 3 peppers – red green and yellow
  • Veggies of choice for dipping

Hummus:

  • 1 tin organic chickpeas
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Blitz all the ingredients together in a food processor or blender
