Ingredients

  • 100gms cashew nuts
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 banana
  • 1 satsuma peel – eat the satsuma whilst making this!

Method

  • Snack time made fun for little ones and this one enticed my boys to eat kiwi!
  • First slice the banana in half for the palm tree trunks
  • Next, peel and slice the kiwi in segments for the palm tree leaves
  • Pulse the cashew nuts in a food processor for about 30 seconds to make ‘sand’
  • Cut the orange peel into a sun shape
  • Arrange all the above on a plate ready to serve!
