Frankenstein cups

Serves - 4 - 6

GF, DF, Vegan


  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • 2-4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • Zest of 1 whole lime
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 oreo cookies or my lego protein brick crumbled  – link to lego protein bricks


  • Half the avocados, scoop out the flesh and mash well
  • Blend or mix in the honey, lime zest and lime juice
  • Spoon into ramekins and top with crushed oreos or the nutty mix from my protein ball mix
  • Pop into the fridge until ready to serve
