Its quick & easy to make in just a couple of minutes and you have a fibre rich gut healthy breakfast to start the day

This is a picture of our classic favourite ‘Butter Beer Smoothie’…. banana, cashew butter, oats & milk of choice. It takes about 2 minutes to prepare from scratch & I know they have had a nutritious drink to start the day

- 4 tablespoons oats
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter
- 1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon
- Add 350mls milk of choice or kefir for an extra probiotic boast
- Blitz in your blender until smooth and enjoy right away!
- Best served in a butter beer tankard!
