Avocado Chocolate Mousse

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 100gms dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Hand full of chopped pistachios & Edible rose petals for decoration


  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave by breaking it into smaller chunks into a glass bowl.  Put this in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time stirring well each time.
  • Don’t let the chocolate over heat or burn
  • Next, Half the avocados and remove the pulp
  • Blend the avocado pulp with the maple syrup & melted chocolate
  • Spoon into 4 small ramekins and pop into the fridge to set until ready to serve
  • Sprinkle with chopped pistachio nuts and rose petals to serve
